A package download can take some time. The duration of the process depends on the speed of your Internet connection.
How to check the device's current map name and version:
Boot up your Navigation system
Press the Navigation button
Tap the "...." Menu button to show the Main Menu.
Tap the "?" menu button, then tap "About" to show the About screen. You can find the map name and version under "Installed maps". For example, Map Name = Europe and Map Version = v1000.8700 stands for Europe map version 1000.
Please update your map if your installed version is older than the latest version.
Downloading your package
Once on https://mitsubishi.sda.navshop.com/downloads/, select the vehicle dropdowns to find your vehicle model and the map region dropdowns to find the map matching the location of your region. Click Search for Updates.
All available map update packages will be listed.
Click on the Download button
For browsers supporting the download agent: A pop-up will appear asking you to select the location for download on the user's computer and download the package.
For browsers not supporting the download agent: The pop-up will show direct link(s) of the package to be downloaded on the computer.
Save the package contents onto the computer.
Transfer Map Package
Extract the package from the downloaded zip file.
The computer may need third-party software to extract the contents of the zip.
Windows Vista/Windows 7/Windows 8/Windows 10:
Right-click the zip file, and then click Extract All.
In the Extract Compressed (Zipped) Folders window, click Extract for all files.
Mac OS X operating system:
Double-click the zip file to extract the contents to the computer.
Transfer the map package onto the USB flash drive
Prepare a USB flash drive with adequate free storage space and FAT32 format.
Connect the USB flash drive to your computer.
Copy the extracted files from the downloaded map package to the root folder of the USB flash drive.

CP-TT-MELCO.SDA2.T-MAP.LATAMCHILE.TTC-1.0.0.zip.00n (n being the number of parts) to the root folder of the USB flash drive.
Note: It is recommended that there is no file available on the USB flash drive.
When the transfer is complete, safely eject the USB flash drive stick from your computer. Windows: Click the Safely Remove Hardware and Eject Media icon in the notification area and select the USB memory stick. Mac: Click the eject button next to the USB memory stick in the sidebar of a Finder window.
Install Map
Do not turn off the engine during the update
Power on the head-unit by turning on the ignition.
Press [OK] on the Disclaimer screen and go to the Home screen.
Insert USB flash drive created in the steps in.
Map update starts automatically.
The Disclaimer screen or "same version" screen is displayed after the map update is completed.
When the disclaimer screen or "same version" is displayed, remove the USB flash drive.
Check if the map version is successfully installed. (Please refer to the steps to check the map version in Download)
